What You Did
This is another long experiment. You spent a week observing how a cut Napa cabbage leaf will regrow itself from a cut piece.
Intended Results
The top of the cabbage should have started regrowing from the place where you made the cut.
Unintended Results
If you used the stem rather than the leaf, it will not regrow roots
